The 60" x 126" white linen tablecloth is your best choice (15" drop) on an 8' banquet table with 8-10 chairs. Especially when you don't need the tablecloths to the floor as used for the head or catering tables. This photo is a great view of what this size tablecloth looks like on an 8' table.
