Lisa with Designs by Lisa is simply the best! She has decorated for our Chamber/Main Street Celebrate Osceola (annual awards event) for the past two years and she did an outstanding job. Not only were her designs beautiful and well-crafted but Lisa was so easy to work with and has incredible energy to do everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend hiring Lisa for any event!
